How to read your bill
If you receive your bills via the post or as a PDF through your email then your first page will look something like this. You can find all the information you need to register your payment.
Here is an example of how the second page may look. The bills specification is lined up here.
Under the specification is where you can find the net amount and the VAT which are added together to the gross amount (minus any crediting).
